Prior to joining Howison & Arnott, Mr. Rodriguez was a Senior Engineer with TXU. In this capacity, he counseled TXU companies in their interaction with state and federal regulatory agencies and compliance with public utility administrative rules and procedures. Mr. Rodriguez is also an Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserves.

Mr. Rodriguez graduated from Texas Wesleyan University, School of Law, Fort Worth, TX (J.D., 2005) and Texas A&M University, College Station, TX (BSEE: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, 1991).
